Melike Karaman is the founder of Knotpartners, a boutique firm specializing in project-based consultancy, executive search, headhunting and targeted recruitment.

Her work focuses primarily on the technology, IT services and hospitality sectors, including hotels, restaurants and technology providers serving the hospitality industry. 

Through project-based consulting engagements, organizations are supported in areas such as hiring strategy, organizational structure, technology initiatives and operational improvement. These engagements focus on addressing specific business challenges, aligning teams and processes, and enabling organizations to operate more effectively during periods of change, growth or transformation.

She also supports organizations in hiring both leadership positions and specialized roles, particularly within IT, technology and operational functions. Melike conducts search assignments through targeted market mapping and direct headhunting, focusing on roles that require specific expertise and cannot easily be filled through traditional recruitment channels.

Depending on the scope of the project, she collaborates with a network of associates and domain specialists who contribute sector expertise, research and implementation support.
